Dubai has a lot to offer, from food to, hangout sport and to experiences. The bride had the same many questions, even as a returning local. Being the researcher you know her to be, she did her homework and is happy to share it with all of you.

Read on to learn more about what you should know to make the most out of your stay here.

There are two main apps that the locals use: Deliveroo and Talabat. Talabat tends to have more fast food options, and has a ton of promo codes. Deliveroo houses more high-end, yet affordable food. Keep in mind though, that there are duplicate restaurants on each app, but Deliveroo wins with a lower delivery fee rate.

This award has to go to Al Mukhtar. An OG spot that has existed in the Emirate of Sharajah and has recently opened a location on Hessa St, near Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC).

Al Safadi is a renowned restaurant chain with multiple bustling locations throughout the city, serving up its famous dishes and vibrant atmosphere everywhere you go! The best one though is Al Safadi – DIFC on Sheikh Zayed Road. You never need a reservation for a small party.

The main spot for locals is Al Wasl Street and the Jumeirah area near the beach. You will find a list of restaurants that are of top tier and quite affordable, well in comparison to elsewhere. Some options you should consider are: Salt (for burgers), Orfali Bros (Michelin Star), Moon Slice (Pizza), Za Za (NY Pizza).

The Seef Area is a district that showcases the city’s past with pride. The District has many vendors types that you can enjoy with a great selection of coffee shops and restaurants.

Rushing to the future, you can explore multiple potential futures at the Museum of the Future, located right at the Trade Centre metro station. The city is very well known for its quick evolving capabilities, and its well celebrated in this venue, with something for everyone.

Well, the list above covers most of that, you should know that Karak Tea is quite deep into the culture here. You’ll find Karak kiosks at almost every gas station. But the BEST one has to be Karakcinoo. So don’t settle for less! Alongside that, is a specialty coffee drink that you must try – Spanish Latte. We found the best one to actually be at the ADNOC gas station, but you can enjoy it at almost every cafe.
